The AGM will take place 5.00 –7.00pm on Tuesday 22nd October 2024 at the Observer Building, 53 Cambridge Road, Hastings, TN34 1DT. As well as voting on key items, the meeting is a chance to find out about changes and achievements in the past year, our hopes for the future, to ask questions of the board members and staff, meet and mingle with fellow members, and offer your own ideas for the future.

2. Apologies for absence
3. Minutes of 2023 AGM and matters arising (resolution 1 to approve minutes)
4. Annual report presentation (we will make the full Hastings Commons annual report available on our website following the event)
5. Annual accounts & trustee report; auditor appointment (resolutions 2 & 3 to accept accounts and appoint auditors)
6. Board membership (resolution 4 to accept resignations and confirm new appointments)
7. Questions and discussions at tables
7pm onwards: Networking – the bar will be open!
