Interest Welcome: 12 Claremont

Interest Welcome for 12 Claremont
12 Claremont (next to the Library) is currently undergoing full renovation and will be completed in late summer 2025.
Built in 1870 and originally a meeting place known as the Claremont Rooms, 12 Claremont has had many uses, including as an engraving studio, the town’s first telephone exchange, and auction rooms. The building’s unique character and legacy make it a perfect home for creativity and collaboration.
Once restored, 12 Claremont will become an inclusive creative hub, with a gallery run by neurodiverse collective Project Art Works on the ground floor.
