Please note: Rose Cottage is currently not available for hire as the Hastings Youth Commons are using the space while Eagle House is being refurbished.

Space is normally self-service, but catering and alternative set-up can be provided

*Please note that the Rose Cottage toilet is not an accessible toilet and there is a small step down to get to it.
We can by prior arrangement arrange access to The Observer Building which has full accessible facilities located 1 minute away.
